Is it mandatory to create an account on DVMART?

No, Not at all. You can order a product even without making an account on DVMART. However if a product is ordered, it is mandatory to provide Name, Address, email and contact number for shipping and delivery of a product. It is always advisable in the interest of user to create an account as it gives a various advantages in managing, cancelling, refund request, tracking and viewing your order detail. DVMART is also offering 250 rewards points worth Rs 250/- which can be utilized while ordering a product.

How can I return a product if I don’t like the product?

DVMART has easiest on click cancel, return and refund policy. A registered customer may go his Account>Dashboard>Orders>Cancel and may cancel the product. Cancellation can be done by a customer till the time product is not shipped.

After shipping of the product “Cancel” options turns into the “Invoice”. Now a customer can request a refund/return the product through his Account>Dashboard>Orders>View>Ask a refund/Return

What is window of return period?

Once a product is delivered to the customer at the destination address, a customer may return the product upto 7 days from the delivery date. Return is subject to certain condition mentioned in Return Policy (example: Damaged product, Incomplete product, Wrong product etc). For detailed information refer to your Return Policy.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes,

While ordering a product you will be notified by email about your order details which includes all details of the product e.g. image of the product, Size, Color, price and other details like your shipping/billing address.

As soon as a product is shipped to your address you are again notified through email which also includes invoice of your order.

How can I request Refund for a product?

A customer who have ordered a product can claim his refund anytime between the date of order and 7 days later to Delivery date. Customer should initiate return request through his Account dashboard. Once the product is picked from the customer’s destination address and reaches to vendor refund process will commence. Refund of the amount may take 24-72 Hrs after the product is returned back to vendor. However this time may vary depending upon the Public holidays in between or with the bank non-working days. How much time is taken for delivery of Product?

There may variation in the time taken to deliver a product due to various factors e.g. Public holidays, Natural calamity or unavoidable circumstances. Delivery times are influenced by product availability, geographic location of the Seller, your shipping destination and the courier partner’s time-to-deliver in your location.

Note: Covid-19 issue has severely affected the delivery time. Estimated time of delivery is not applicable for Red Zone specified by Central/State Governments. Payment Information

When the order payment is taken of my bank account?

Almost all payment modes are available on DVMART

Credit Card, Debit Card, Online banking, UPI, Google Pay, PayTM

Cash on delivery is also available however you should recheck it on the product pages as the COVID 19 issue has severely affected Cash on delivery method to avoid any chance of spread.

Are payment transactions secured on DVMART?

Yes DVMART eShop uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) website and all transactions made on the website is secured with 256 bit encryption. It means that the data provided on the website is personal and secured.

My amount is deducted but no order is placed?

Nothing to worry. You will have two options. Either we can make an order on your request for the same product or you may get your money back.

Transacted amount either remain with our bank or returns back to your account.

In both cases just contact us by mailing to support@dvmart.in with the transaction ID. Remember, DVMART eShop or its executives never ask for any bank credentials like User ID, Password, Credit/Debit Card Number, PIN, CVV or OTP. They will help you with only Transaction ID of the bank.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

You can simply return the product. In order to return the product go to your Account>Dashboard>Orders>View>Ask a refund/Return and submit. In case of any query or problem contact us at support@dvmart.in

What is “package tracking” in my orders?

Once a product is shipped to a destination, customer may track the shipment package details. The link is provided into the account dashboard. Customers are also intimated thorough sms for tracking the package.
